Cowbell Grille Tap Room - Lewiston

Cowbell might just become my new favorite spot in the Lewiston/Auburn area. The atmosphere is pleasant and there are plenty of seats available. The craft beer selection is truly outstanding, and the mixed drinks were also enjoyable. We started with the poutine as an appetizer, and it was fantastic; the cheese curds and herb blend made it something special. I had the spicy chicken sandwich topped with bacon jam, and it was excellent. My friends each tried different burgers, and they all loved theirs as well (I wish I could provide more details about their burgers, but it was a larger group). Honestly, this place surpassed my expectations. It's one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time!

1) Some reviewers complained about the prices. However, if you compare their prices to other restaurants in the area, especially post-pandemic in this inflationary market, Cowbell's prices are quite reasonable. Honestly, the food we had tonight was much better than what I've had elsewhere in the region and definitely worth it. 2) Regarding portion sizes, my wife and I had so much food that we ended up taking three boxes home. 3) A few people mentioned that their food was cold. If you've ever worked in a kitchen or watched reality cooking shows, you know how that can happen. If an appetizer finishes before the burger is ready, you might end up with a warm burger and cold fries. On a busy night, when everything's moving quickly, these things can occur. That said, the food we ordered was all hot and tasted great. If you're hesitant about trying Cowbell, don’t let these reviews sway you—give it a shot yourself. We enjoyed listening to Lindsey Montana play tonight, which added a cool and relaxed vibe to the evening. I also highly recommend the Blueberry Habanero wings—they were fantastic!

I dined here for the first time on Sunday for lunch. They offered a great selection of draft beer, and the menu featured a variety of burgers, many of which looked fantastic! I decided to try the Brisket-Nator, and it was incredible! I haven't even mentioned the fries, which were the best I've ever had. I will definitely be coming back!
