They had a great selection of tap beer! Their food was amazing! The reason for the 3 stars was sub par service! We was there after lunch and the only people in the bar for the most part. Our waitress/bartender would be gone for 10+min at a time hanging out front with her friend. The manager was behind the bar almost the whole time we was there but never said a word or offered to get/help at any point we was there! View all feedback.

My first visit was with colleagues after work, and it was a fantastic stop on our way home. They offer $4 cans of PBR, which suits my taste, but the cocktails that my coworkers ordered looked really appealing too. On my second visit, I brought my wife and daughter, who has celiac disease. The staff was well-informed about food allergies and assured us that the burgers could be prepared without gluten, though cross-contamination is always a concern. It was refreshing to have a waitress who understands the limitations imposed by celiac disease. We also enjoyed some live Irish folk music from a local musician while we ate, which added to the overall experience. It was a lovely meal!

I've dined here several times, and the food has always been fantastic—rich and indulgent, showcasing exceptional American BBQ. The service at Cowbell is consistently good, but I recently had the pleasure of being served by a woman named Holly. She was absolutely outstanding. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she asked thoughtful questions about our orders, guiding us to choices that truly enhanced our dining experience. Holly was attentive whenever we needed anything, yet she never felt intrusive. If I ever owned a restaurant, I would definitely want her on my team as my lead server or head trainer—I'd hire her in a heartbeat. If you have the opportunity to sit in Holly's section, I highly recommend it.
