The service at this restaurant was very disrespectful. I truly hope that those working here who dislike interacting with customers find another job or at least show more kindness in their interactions. A girl attempted to place an order and was met with a response questioning if she could even give a command. The cashier's response was dismissive and rude, insinuating that the girl was not allowed to make a request. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment. It is my sincere hope that the staff can adopt a more positive attitude towards their work.
Whenever I am tired of ordering from Grubhub, etc., it always fails to mention if the restaurant is closed. The delivery time could be anytime between 1pm and 7pm, leaving me with no information.
This restaurant is extremely unprofessional. Initially, we attempted to place an order over the phone, but the staff simply placed the phone on the counter instead of taking our order, leaving us waiting for 10 minutes before we finally hung up and decided to go in person. When we arrived, we were met with rude attitudes and could tell that the employees did not want to be working. Upon getting home, we realized that all the food we ordered was undercooked. I had to finish cooking my son's pizza because it was still doughy, and my husband's sausage sub was still pink inside. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this establishment in the future.
Never got food here, staff said 1/2 hr wait time before they would take our order… but yet my wife and I were the only customers in the store! The last I knew customers within the store were priority, but apparently not at this location.
When you think of lazy staff at a restaurant you should think of this place. The I heard the staff talking about how they leave the phone off of the hook so they don’t get to busy. Then when you do get to talk to them on the phone they make it seem like a burden that you called to order food at a restaurant. Foods good but they need to hire some new staff for sure
