We are a local family-run business located at 351 Road to the Isles on the South Side of Lewisporte heading towards Twillingate. Our Fish Market offers a wrap-around patio with ocean views and features a 26-foot lobster in the front of our building, which is a popular attraction drawing in thousands of visitors each year. In addition, we have a fish truck that travels throughout the week to Gander and Grand-Falls-Windsors, selling seafood directly from the back of the truck. Our menu includes a wide variety of seafood sourced from Newfoundland waters, such as Lobster, Crab, Mussels, Cod Tongues, Cod Cheeks, Scallops, Shrimp, Halibut, and more— all fresh, local, and some frozen. Visit our newly built building to enjoy a huge selection of seafood and don't forget to take a picture with our iconic 26-foot lobster, featured in magazines across Canada and the USA. Chelsea's Fish & Chips food wagon is conveniently located next door, serving a delicious selection of freshly made seafood items like lobster/crab sandwiches, fish and chips, calamari, scallops/shrimp, fish cakes, seafood platters, mussels, fishermen’s brewis, poutine, hot dogs, and more. Enjoy your meal on our patio, at picnic tables, or inside our dining room with a spectacular view of Notre Dame Bay, sometimes accompanied by live entertainment. We are excited to serve you at Treats From the Sea! The Lobster pool opens the last week of April until mid-September, the Fish truck operates from the first week of May to the end of August, and Chelsea's Fish & Chips opens from mid-May until the end of August.
