According to the app, my food was out for delivery for 45 minutes before it arrived, and half of the items were stone cold when they got here. Which is a shame, this is the second time that I've had this experience this year (close to an hour late, with cold food) after many years of happy service from the restaurant. View all feedback.
I am extremely disappointed with the service. My delivery was late and the website incorrectly stated that my food had been delivered when it had not arrived. My partner and I frequently order online from your restaurant and dine in as well. This experience has left me feeling disappointed.
Curry was hot, but Tandoori mix was on the cold/warm side, and popadoms were crushed to pieces. Estimated delivery time was spot on, but still took an hour overall from a restaurant that is 5-7 mins away in a car, and food was delivered by a car.
I'll let social media know you charge twice.. Card and then cash on doorstep !!!

The pilau rice was missing, this was quite disappointing.
