Contribute FeedbackPizza Express continues to be a popular choice for families and couples, offering a blend of comforting Italian fare and family-friendly vibes. While some guests have enjoyed pleasant meals with attentive service, others have faced issues with wait times and rude staff behavior. Highlights include a well-received vegan pizza and a charming atmosphere for dining outside with pets. However, concerns over food quality and customer service have emerged. Despite these drawbacks, many patrons express a fondness for the overall experience, indicating that the restaurant could effectively address its inconsistencies and restore its prior reputation.
I got a table without reservation. ordered an American hot, thin base with chili. nothing extraordinary, I was surprised that the staff did not wear masks in such a confined space. I would go back, probably not.
Birthday meal with the family since the birthday of my sons. attended pizza express after the school and was served ervin, who was polite, smiling and always patient with the children with us. children's menu ordered along with adult meal followed by dessert and Ervin ensured that josh also got a birthday contract with a brownie and a candle that make his day! all in all, a good experience and very family concentrated and will return in the near future. Thank you.
I love the vegan pizza here, it is a scandal that they have no more options. they can have teig balls without the garlic butter and they give them instead a garlic oil! I think it's a more convenient place to go with the non vegan family, as everyone enjoys it
They had a vegan pizza option on the menu with a "cheese type" sauce without appetizers and a "baked tomatoes" option, which were actually a few sun-dried tomatoes for about £3,20 there is a sorbet option that either cocosnuss or celberry that were nice but nothing special, really. the dough balls can be offered on request with olive oil and balsamikum.
Beautiful dinner tonight at pizza express blackheath, london. I sat outside with my partner and dog on my lap. really great service and ensured that everything I ordered was vegan. I had the leggara pizza (under 600 calories) with increased superfood salad in the middle. I love the vegan chease made from pizza expression, made from rice milk as its really creamy! wheelchair access and free wlan dogs are welcome only when they sit outside.
