Awesome experience overall. Daniel was an amazing server and all of the staff treated our puppies and their humans wonderfully. Food was a little slow to come out because they were busy but well worth the wait. All anybody could talk about what was when we could come back again. Great beer, food, staff and vibe! What User doesn't like about Jackass Brewing Company:
I'm away from home and I have to say, this restaurant is awful. The beer is the worst in town and the waitstaff (and owners) are incredibly rude. The food is decent, but only if you're willing to wait a long time. I recommend going a few miles down the road to Rusty Rail Brewing Company for much better service, food, and beer. Amazing staff and there’s games food is outstanding !
We had a wonderful server today. Due to circumstances out of her control, we ended up waiting almost an hour for our food. she made us aware aftera half hour they were training a new cook, and the kitchen was backed up. We understood and appreciated her letting us know what was going on. She graciously comped us for a drink and took an item off our meal for our inconvenience. The food us amazing, and I will definitely be back. Can't say enough good things about the customer service!
