A tiny carabiner joint full of taste! This place is very cozy, friendly and very beautifully decorated in a Caribbean island atmosphere, offers Chill Reggae music. You will see many details about the islands in the place and all their flags. The walls are also painted in the colors of one of them! They make a variety of food from the kitchen and they care very much what people think about the taste of their food. We... View all feedback.
Great place to eat with a truly unique menu. I've had the Jerk Burger here, which was very good, and very spicy. More recently I had a Don Dada sandwich, which is a kind of pulled jerk chicken with house made slaw. Not as spicy as the Jerk Burger, but the house made pepper sauce kicked it up nicely. Very tasty, great atmosphere, and super nice owner.
Large small shop with a unique Caribbean menu. Friendly and fresh. As authentic as you can come outside the islands!
I've been here several times and every time it's fantastic. Whether you get the specials or the standards, it all tastes good with a lot of complex flavors. The yucca fries are great and come with a really tasty sauce. I thought the ginger ale was only so-so, though the lemonade was better, but really it's all about the food. The people who work there are always really friendly, too. Bonus, everything is compostable! No plastic.
SO GOOD, SO FRESH! A vegan oasis. Had the ?Rasta burger?. Flavor was exceptional. Loved the arugula side salad with ginger dressing. Asked to try a side of the tahini sauce the flavor was divine. Very small menu but everything was homemade so so fresh rich in flavor. Would be easy to overlook this place (it?s small unassuming, funny decor) but it?s a MUST stop if you are looking for quick, HEALTHY, ethically responsible, home cooked food. So glad it exists in the middle of PA, a very meat centric place. Most menus in these parts literally don?t even have vegetarian items, let alone vegan.
The vegetarian menu was delicious. I had millet( kinda like a cous cous and corn mix) Moroccan tofu and brown rice w kale w garlic. Absolutely Scrumptious!!
