We took our little one to this location yesterday for the first time. We've been to the Hilliard location multiple times love it but this one is closer to us so we thought we'd check it out. My only complaints are that it's less spacious than the other, some things need replaced fixed, (trampoline area. What Valerie Sullivan doesn't like about Momi Land Polaris:
Went 2 days ago and disappointed to say the least. The place is alot smaller than anticipated. Cleanliness and safety is definitely NOT a priority (included pictures of the slide and trampoline area. Photos are only cropped because I prefer not to share photos of my kiddo). This place is sooo run down! I definitely won't be back! View all feedback.
A very reasonably priced, super fun time for my 3 year old. I haven't seen a ball pit in 20 years so I was pretty pumped to discover this place. No big kids allowed, so you don't have to worry about the little ones being run over. I suggest going early because as the day goes on it seems to get busier and busier. The only unfortunate thing is when you have to tolerate children behaving badly due to poor parenting and poor supervision. That comes with the territory of any kids place, however.
This is a great indoor play place! Enough variety but not so huge that it’s overwhelming for kiddos. We got there first thing in the morning on a Monday right when they opened at 9am. I docked a star because I kept seeing hair in different places. Like I said, we got there right when they opened so you’d think it would be spotless. Regardless, we’ll be back!

Safety IssuesTook my almost 2 yr old to this morning, second time we’ve been to this location and six months since our last visit, and I was alarmed by some of the things I saw. When I had to climb on to the play structure in the ball pit to help my daughter I saw a rip covered in duct tape, a smear of something on the stairs wall (we were there around opening and no one else was there when we first got there just employees), one of the bolts on the top that normally has a cap was uncovered and right where the kids climb up, on the inside of the play structure another bolt was completely missing, and on the webbing tunnel some of the stitching was completely gone. Needless to say we left. When we went previously there was obvious wear and tear issues like the vinyl rubbed thin and walls needing paint but I didn’t feel like it was unsafe… just run down. I had decided to try it again because a few months back I saw the owners had responded to a google review, criticizing the safety and cleanliness, saying that that they are constantly making repairs… and that just does not seem to be the case.
