What Brigid G doesn't like about The Wellington Grill:
A couple of years ago, we had a great Sunday lunch at the Wellington. However, today the food was terrible. We ordered the chicken roast, which turned out to be like a microwave meal with bland gravy. My friend and I were still hungry after eating only half of the chicken and some tough, chewy roast potatoes. When I asked to speak to the manager to give feedback, the staff seemed reluctant because he was too busy and... View all feedback.

I have drinks at the bar and sat on the service. after a past we are told that it would be better and faster to order due to a lack of staff at the cash. the food came in good time and we tucked in our whitebait starter, which was delicious. Wife had lambshank roasted that she really liked. my frying beef was really hard and unfortunately not to my wish. the portions were generous with many bratkartoffels and good veg selection. all in all, no bad experience, but could have been better for me with a better meat cut. Woman said she really enjoyed it so I was really happy.
Simon is great host, helpful and friendly, without being intrusive. comfortable, clean rooms. a little lard of the bar, but nothing overly intrusive. good food, and nice to see burger served in a bungalow instead of the pretenscious pubs that think a burger should be served in cake (brosche).
It was great. cozy, secret pub. we had lunch from midday Monday to Friday menu, that was good value, good size shares, including salad, not only chips! the waffel came with fresh fruits that many more expensive places do not offer so that was good. next to the type of desserts, the delicious classics are again a good size. well located right on the sea, with free parking close to.
Juni and I were there in the fairytale. the rooms were clean and tidy. eating breakfast was very good and hot. simon and his team were excellent hosts. 100% we go back.
We went for breakfast with Santa . I’ve got to say the best one I’ve been too , the kids absolutely loves it . What a great team they went out their way for us all made us feel so welcome . What a great pub with lots of character definitely one of the best pubs in seaford , they all put so much effort into the pub
