Had the fish and chips. The fish was perfectly cooked and non-greasy. The chips were really good could have been crispier but that's okay in my book. For the record, I don't like fish and I loved this fish. Parking's easy and the waiter should be giving lessons across the DelMarva on how to do things right. View all feedback.
What Sarah McAllister doesn't like about Go Brit! Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews:
We went here this evening specifically for the fish and chips. The food was good, with hot and crispy chips and a decent piece of cod BUT there was so much plastic. I hate eating my food in a restaurant with a plastic knife and fork. Drinking from a plastic cup with a plastic straw in it. Don’t they have a dishwasher? We were going to order dessert but didn’t want to do any more damage to the environment in one night... View all feedback.
I've been dining at this restaurant since 2018 while on vacation at Rehoboth Beach. Plenty of parking available, usually not busy, food is always fresh and served pretty quick. Can't go wrong with the crab cake sandwich or salad and the pudding for dessert is awesome. Easy to pass with all the other businesses on Coastal Highway, but well worth stopping for again and again.
We eat here a minimum of once a day when we are in the area. Best Fish Chips in the area.
This is a must go to for the freshest fish and chips!. We have been to both locations, this one is larger than the one in Rehoboth beach but food is great at both locations.
Good food good service, friendly staff. Fish and chips very good.
Fish 'n ' chip place with a relaxed casual/family atmosphere. When you walk through the old, English phonebooth style doors, you 're greeted by a the famous English mini car (not for sale), a bar with a friendly host, and a life sized cut out of the late QEII. The service on this day was exceptional. The beer was ice cold. The food had much more potential, and was not well prepared on this day, to include the soggy fries, that looked more like a pile of bits of fries, and the pulverized breaded coconut shrimp and crab cake. OMG, was that crab cake pulverized! The coleslaw was not the typical, highly creamy/overly sweet coleslaw that is generally served in the US, and that was a good thing... unfortunately, the portion was tiny. I 'd guess that Chef Ramsay would 've given the food a 1/5 overall, because at least the beer battered fish was well prepared.
