While we were looking at the menu Dave came over and introduced himself as the Executive Chef. Dave informed of us the way they cook their meats and let us know that we could mix and match ingredients and that everything wasfresh made. I got the pork and cheesesteak mix with pulled pork fries and gravy. Everything was delicious and the gravy was soflavorful. Very clean place and when someone left an employee was right there to cleanup. We will return. Thanks Guys.

He explained how the meat is coo... read more Today was our first time visiting Zio Gio. While we were checking out the menu, Dave, the chef, came over to introduce himself. He explained how the meat is cooked and told us we could mix and match the ingredients, reassuring us that everything is fresh. I ordered the pork and cheese steak mix with pulled pork fries and gravy, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were outstanding! The restaurant was very clean, and I noticed that staff quickly cleaned up whenever someone left. We will definitely be back. Thank you all!
