This is a terrible situation. Years ago, I found a mistake in my pommes and they apologized when I brought them to their attention. But I decided not to return for a while. My husband almost ate a black bread bag clip less than a week after he had oral surgery. I got an I'm sorry over the phone along with yes that's exactly what was in the burger and the offer of a free meal. The employee offered all the apology they could. Corporate on the other hand said NOTHING.
Where do I even begin: First off, the chick running the front counter was personality-free, not to mention rude. Second, their scanner was broken, so I couldn?t earn points in the app (they still let me use a coupon in the app, by inputting the discount in the register manually without using my app), which sucked because I have a lot of points. ???
Ordered online and if I chose, you could say it was a bit there. Fries were small pieces and soggy. Burger was cold and Speck was so hard that I almost broke a tooth. I asked for unsweetened tea with lemon, because they don't have lemons, they gave them lemonade I didn't ask. No great experience.
I ordered a meal and they forgot my Bbq sauce, my straw and my frits. The sandwich I ordered, I didn't ask for tomatoes, but they put it there anyway. I also ordered a Bourbon Bacon broker and they gave me another chicken sandwich instead.
My wife and I were eating there today and the pommes were cold my burger was best hatch warm. My wife's chicken sandwich was cold. No ketchup in the donor. That was at 12:00 and it was empty.
