I have constantly received good service at this point as long as they are open. I would particularly like to call Pernell (I can spell his name incorrectly). He was always friendly, and tonight was no exception. I also saw that he treated an unnecessarily militant customer with Poise tonight, and he should be praised for how he treated himself. What User doesn't like about Wawa:
This place is so terrible at 4 someone hits a man car and claims they don't have work cameras in their backs. Ridiculous there are constant hits and runs and have not yet fixed the cameras View all feedback.
The restaurant is clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and the food is excellent. It's perfect for a quick meal!
This place is really terrible. Yesterday, someone hit a man's car and claimed they didn't have any working cameras in the back. It's ridiculous how often hit-and-runs happen here, and they still haven't fixed the cameras.
This place is a disaster. My orders are always wrong or they run out of ingredients. The girl who made drinks tonight was particularly bad; she should not be working in the beverage section. I ordered two blush strawberry oat milk refreshers, which I usually love, but she clearly didn’t know what she was doing. My drinks were mostly oat milk with hardly any flavor, and she didn’t fill the cups properly either. Given how expensive these drinks are, I expect them to be made correctly and filled to the top. She definitely needs more training and support, as she seemed completely clueless. The drinks tasted like plain milk and were honestly terrible.

This is absolutely the worst customer service ever! I have stopped at this WaWa multiple times and each time I get faith she is extremely rude and can?t hear me! She will ask for my ID for tobacco products and read my ID every time and finally she will scan it! I?ve never had anybody read my ID as long as she does when they have the system to scan! That?s what the technology is for. But I also notice that she doesn?t do it to everybody so now I?m trying to figure out if it?s a race thing? I only have this experience with her!!!!
