Don’t be fooled by the very humble exterior. It’s charming, delicious, generous, a great vibe.
I’ve spent my whole life driving by this place thinking it was abandoned and I am thrilled to say it is not and it is very much so a thriving restaurant! I walked in and was greeted by the cook who I believe is the owner and he waited on us and was so sweet. It made me feel like I was dining in someone’s home. Definitely authentic, cannot wait to go back! Don’t let the outside deter you, it’s a hidden gem!!
Unassuming Turkish located near Bristol. Absolutely delicious kebabs, rice, Manti, Baba Ghanough; and some of the best Turkish coffee. Cute interior with a lot of dated but interesting decorations. Definitely recommended for Turkish. Vegetarian options: Ask first but they have a nice selection of sides that will accommodate vegan or vegetarian wants.
I don't know how they have 4.5 Stars when I call them to place an order he told me to call 2 hours later and he was very rude
Absolute gem. Go here now, I mean tonight. Not much to look at as you pull up, but ignore that. Clean and welcoming on the inside.Babaganoush was smoky, silky, fresh and bright on perfectly cooked bread. The mixed grill had a bit of everything from the menu and we loved it all. Meat and vegetables grilled on charcoal and perfectly seasoned. Everyone from the guy that only eats grilled steak to the Indian food afficiando will love this place. Staff was warm and welcoming. In a world of chain restaurants serving poorly cooked processed crap, we need more places like this. Delicious, fresh, healthy food with character. Don't know what you are missing. BYOB.
