Panera Bread - Levittown

We have visited this Panera Bread a few times since we live out of state and don't come to this area often. On both occasions, we bought pumpkin muffins and they were undercooked. However, the blueberry muffin we tried was perfectly fine. I don't think I'll be getting pumpkin muffins from them again.

One of the best fast food spots you can find! The food is excellent, although the apple slices have a bit of wax on them. The service is great, and the staff is really friendly. The atmosphere is calm and inviting. I eat here every day and haven't had a bad experience yet!

I typically enjoy Panera Bread, but my recent visit to this location left me feeling quite disappointed. When I approached the counter, I was met with an unfriendly greeting from a woman named Andrea, if I recall correctly. She seemed to lack any customer service skills and even expressed that she would prefer to be anywhere else rather than dealing with bothersome customers all day. While that alone was frustrating, the situation escalated when I attempted to order a second sandwich. She actually asked, "Do you really need that?" I was shocked. I'm not one to create a scene, so I simply replied that it was for my boyfriend and stayed quiet for the rest of the interaction. Panera, you may want to reconsider your hiring practices. It seems clear that this woman is struggling with her own issues and unfortunately takes it out on customers. It's quite disheartening.

Overpriced and the quality of the food rarely comes close to making up for it. I don't care that my chicken is antibiotic free if it looks translucent and tastes like slimy week old store bought lunch meat. Haven't had them in a while and decided to get asalad today thinking maybe they got better but no chicken was same was above plus I got a hair free of charge with mynot-even-close-to-being-worth-the-$15-I-paid salad. Would not recommend for anything other than drinks.

Went in to Langhorne Panera Bread at 7:33 to get food I got food to dine in they put it in a to-go bag was told I had nine minutes until they close but they weren't kicking me out. They forgot to put my hummus on my Mediterranean sandwich and theyalso forgot to give our chips I had to go up and get it sat down to eat then a manager a woman blonde hair told us that we hadto leave that they are closed. She was very rude shaking her head at us. You should not be kicking people out if they were inbefore 8. Horrible service and very rude
