We told our wa... read more The sushi roll I ordered was good. However, my grandmother ordered a shrimp teriyaki and the shrimp didn't come out right. It tasted undercooked. We told our waiter and the manager and they didn't even apologize, or say sorry for the inconvenience, or anything. They seemed like they were brand new at customer service. They ended up giving us $10 off the $19 dish. It was more how they spoke to us and handled it that I had a problem with, not that we couldn't get a refund. We were very reasonable and respectful as well. They did not correctly articulate their manners as employees of customer service. Won't go back.
