Ginza - Levittown

This place is spectacular!! Each bite is pure heaven. The owners Tiffany and Patrick are the sweetest and most conscientious people. Do yourself a favor and join them for lunch or dinner. You won’t be disappointed! The decor is beautiful the food is impeccably good. The waitstaff is friendly and always willing to oblige your pallets.

It is a very fine Japanese restaurant in Levittown. The freshness of fish is self spoken. The chef has excellent cutting skills, so every bite just feels in the mouth. In addition, the chef uses a unique sauce to match every different dish, and it's an absolute taste feast. My personal favorite is definitely the truffle sauce.

I ordered food for take out this past week because of all the positive reviews. Although the chef is known for sushi, my son is not a fan, so I ordered the Thai Basil Flank Steak and Chicken and Shrimp Teriyaki Combo entrees. The Flank Steak was tender and flavorful. However, the proteins in the teriyaki combo entree, particularly the shrimp, which was inedible, were overcooked. When I called the restaurant to let them know, the staff put me on hold and when she returned, told me that she checked with the chef, and that is how the dish is always prepared. Her strange and unsatisfactory solution was to write in the book that the next time that I place an order, they would provide me with a few shrimp on the side.

Amazing food and service! I brought my bf here for his birthday as a surprise and he loved it. The day before, I had called in and the lady who answered the phone made sure the fried green tea ice cream was going to be ready as a surprise. She immediately got ready once we had finished our food and completely surprised my bf with the dessert without him noticing. We had such a wonderful service and experience here. Would definitely come back again!

Freshest and best sushi I've had in many years. The local bluefin was delish and the king salmon was second to none. Must try is the flamethrower roll. Glad they are back and better than before.
