If I weren't Jamaican and this was my first experience with Jamaican cuisine, I would think it was the worst. They can easily sell this poorly prepared food because most people in the area don't know what good Jamaican food is really like.

I don’t pander, and I don’t treat bad technique lightly. Hands down, the best goat I have ever had. EVER. Cod pie.. amazing. Beef pie was great but did I mention the friggin Cod? The ox tail is EXACTLY what you would hope, slow braised, fall off the bone, no bite. Did I tell you about the goat? Amazing. Ting ting washes everything down. Mac and cheese isn’t bad, but what are you really here for? I do like my plantain over done and a bit more done THAN they serve but this was the best you can find in lower bucks. Kids were happy and I have picky eaters. Rum cake is a home run. Thank you thank you thank you, I should have paid you twice.
