If it was a choice to set 0 stars from 5 of me. The last three times I was with this Dunkin Donuts? ve made my order every time. I would not recommend going here if you want to be satisfied with what you come back. Today instead of giving us four bacon egg and cheese packs we ordered, they gave us only two bags of bacon. I ordered 6 donuts. The whole order was wrong and on top of that rock hard. I went back and requested that the order be fixed. The guy requested the box back. Which i was fine with but he asked me about the missing donut. How did he think we realized he didn't give us boston cream and instead a chocolate filled white cream donut?? By magic? Duh! We obviously bit into it. I am pretty sure he put these back in the shelf since he was so demanding to get all 6 back. Gross! Won't go here again.

This place sucks the person who takes your order, rushes and tells everything else about and again like your great trouble and does not hear you. You repeat and then you get your order wrong. I stopped going in this place
Recently there has been long lines of cars even at 11am. I have waited up to 10min just to get a coffee. You can call ahead for food. One issue is the CARS ARE ALWAYS BLOCKING people who are trying to exist after getting done drive threw. So if you need to get onto Trenton Rd after your done you may be better off if your in a rush at a prime time hour to exist onto Woodbourne rd and then turn onto Trenton rd. Usually staff is quick with getting lines moving. Today I had the most pleasant young girl at the window so that was nice. This location is by far the best on within a 5 to 8 mile radius. I will NEVER return to the location that is off the rt 1 exit. Choose this location over any other in my opinion.
