I stopped by for my morning coffee break today. I've been a regular at this place for years, and the staff has consistently been fantastic.
At times, the food is quite enjoyable, but there are moments when it's less than satisfactory. This appears to be a common experience at many fast food establishments.
I had a good experience at this restaurant in the past, but my visit today was quite disappointing. I stopped by the drive-thru to grab a cup of coffee. They took my order but didn’t tell me the total. When I reached the window, they asked me to repeat my order. Instead of the coffee with cream and no sugar that I requested, they handed me one with sugar. To make matters worse, they didn’t give me any napkins, even after I asked for some, and they also didn’t return my change. Now I’m stuck with this overly sweet coffee that I have to throw away. Overall, I’m really dissatisfied with this experience.
I've been visiting this Dunkin' for years, and it's my absolute favorite!
The coffee was freshly brewed and tasted fantastic, and I was able to get in and out quickly without any wait.
