I ordered breakfast sandwiches, but the English muffins were burnt to a crisp. I have photos to prove it—every one of the four sandwiches I got was blackened. I can’t even rate them a one; they deserve zero. Even my grandchildren refused to eat them, making it a total waste of money. What I hoped would be a nice treat ended up being a huge letdown, and I won’t be ordering breakfast from there again.

However, the biggest problem is the staff—they are incredibly rude! There's never a simple greeting or a thank you. Their negative attitude makes it clear they are annoyed by customers. Customer service is completely lacking. I won’t be coming back and will be taking my business somewhere else. The menu might have options, but the overall experience is disappointing.

One employee made an insensitive remark about a woman with autism, and the girl in the back appeared unconcerned. When I addressed it, she threatened to take the issue outside. Additionally, the menu items I tried were disappointing. I would not recommend visiting Dunkin'.
