I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand. They were really skimpy with the cold foam, and my cold brew was extremely watered down! It was the worst cup of coffee I've ever had from Dunkin'. They definitely need someone to improve their quality control! What a waste of time and money! This location really tarnishes Dunkin's reputation!

I ordered two drinks that were supposed to cost $8, and although my receipt showed that amount, my bank statement revealed a charge of $12. There’s an employee named Amy who seems to have done this multiple times, and I suspect she may be involved in some sort of fraudulent behavior. I strongly urge everyone to check their bank accounts immediately after making a purchase here. This has been the worst Dunkin' location I've ever visited.

I was especially disappointed to learn that they don’t serve decaf coffee, which is a concern for me given my pregnancy and heightened anxiety. This place needs to be held accountable for their unethical practices. It's important to note that the issues aren’t limited to just the night shift; the morning shift has problems as well, particularly with the woman in glasses who handles payments. She charged me $15 for an order that should have only cost $8. How is that acceptable?
