Super great experience! the workers seemed very excited to serve and all had a great time. no negative atmosphere and super friendly and cooperative with us. They accidentally made the wrong milkshake and upgraded us for free. We forgot to get their name, but the red-haired women were so nice, they seemed to be the manager and was overly helpful in ordering. Only great experience and food was also great. View all feedback.

Pretty fast ride thru considering I ordered a lot of food. It wasn't busy at 4:45. This Arby's is somehow located in the southeast corner of the mall. No easy place to see from the street. The staff I interacted with was kind. They gave me sauce packages, although I forgot to ask.
