Their recipes have changed dramatically, and the new chicken is truly disappointing. I've had better chicken tenders for much less at school lunch. The potato wedges, which used to be delicious, have been replaced with overcooked, dried-out French fries, heavily seasoned to hide their poor quality. The mac and cheese is so unappealing that you'd probably prefer the microwaveable version from the dollar store, which costs just a dollar more than KFC's current offering that lacks any real flavor, made from their cheap processed cheese. It's a shame they can't provide food that's even better than what you'd get in school lunch. I might as well go back to school for lunch if I'm in the mood for something decent!

I placed an order and asked the staff member at the window for some sauce—specifically honey barbecue. She closed the window on me without a word, and when she reopened it, she seemed confused and was in the middle of eating something. I was disturbed to see her licking sauce off her fingers and then using that same hand to grab sauces to hand to me. It felt incredibly unsanitary and disrespectful. To make matters worse, when I got home, I found the chicken to be extremely salty—so much so that it was inedible. I was truly upset and disappointed by the entire experience. I hope this matter is taken seriously. Basic food safety and customer service standards should be a top priority. I would appreciate a response and some form of resolution regarding this.
