I placed an online order around 11 a.m. for a large Mac and Cheese bowl, expecting it to be ready by noon. When I arrived, I was told it would be ready in a few minutes, but many customers who ordered after me received their food before mine was ready. Ultimately, I got my order at 12:25 p.m., and it was a regular-sized Mac and Cheese instead of the large one I had paid for. To make matters worse, the pasta wasn't fully cooked. Very disappointing.

I've tried multiple times to order from or pick up directly at Topla!, but it has been closed for several days despite Google indicating otherwise. This is quite disappointing, as I used to truly enjoy this restaurant.

I've tried to visit several times, but it's always closed even though it's listed as open online. A note on the door says they're closed due to circumstances beyond their control, but at this point, it seems like the branch might be permanently shut since it's almost always closed.
