I've tried multiple times to order from or pick up directly at Topla!, but it has been closed for several days despite Google indicating otherwise. This is quite disappointing, as I used to truly enjoy this restaurant.
I've tried to visit several times, but it's always closed even though it's listed as open online. A note on the door says they're closed due to circumstances beyond their control, but at this point, it seems like the branch might be permanently shut since it's almost always closed.
The food is excellent, but I ordered online this week and paid by credit card. I made the drive for 20 minutes only to find that the restaurant was closed unexpectedly. From the comments I've seen, I'm not the only one this has happened to. Very disappointing. They should at least disable online orders when the restaurant closes unexpectedly.
I ordered through DoorDash and did not receive any updates. I waited for 1 hour and 35 minutes for my delivery, only to find out that it was rushed because the restaurant was closing. Although the delivery was made with a high-quality vehicle, I still had to pay additional DoorDash fees. This is definitely a service to avoid.
