Every time we have been treated to marvellous and generous Italian dishes, served by attentive and friendly waiters and managers. Ambiance and atmosphere are relaxed and in line with this picture. Prices are very reasonable. Bandus ranks high on the list of really good Italian restaurants we know. It merits a detour to be able to dine there.

In the heart of the campsite with plenty of outdoor seating and views o the nearby hills its a good setting despite the busy road nearby. We were treated to a dramatic thunderstorm but could sit under the terrace shelter while watching the torrential rain and lightning just outside. The owner was a bit abrupt with us to start with as we were cluttering up the bar but later she came and talked to us and we had a lovely hat. True Italian hospitality. The Tiramisu is one of the most delicious deserts I 've ever had. I 'm trying to think of some problems with this place but I can 't. Amazing flower displays too.

Horrible staff seated us in the corner of the garden near screaming kids even though their were plenty of empty tables and we afsked og we could sit there. There waiter tried to take out plates before we had finished the meal and the portions were tiny. The women that runs the place wanted full charge for the bread even though we said from the beginning that we did not want it. Will never go back...

Here, you can indulge in a dish of local cuisine, a pizza, or grilled meat, all in a beautifully curated setting run by the very welcoming owners. And as their motto is clearly stated on the menu, Everything always begins with a woman. It 's worth a visit.
