It was really smug at d'artagnan. The pata negra was really delicious, and well-dressed. The filet of knitting rabbit was perfectly garnished, the caviar of eggplant was surprising and very tasteful. The food in d'artagnan was really good, from the appetizer to dessert. The inside is beautiful, very warm and cozy. The service was very kind and everything went really fast. The wine was good, but a little on the expensive side, which cheaper alternatives wouldn't be wrong on the wine card.
Four degustation menu 4 corridors with modified wines. Tastes: Okay, but not more than that. Old brothel disorder, a purple ointment pumpkin is exceptional combinations, some dishes don't cross the mediocre amateur cook. The dessert we gave integral. We have a replacement, but that wasn't special. The sommelier didn't know, the cook kept coming to light, but not always with the most tact. Serving was nice, atmosphere is nice. But 408 euros with four for this level of dishes is absoluut not responsible.
Reading my quotas from 1/2/2007 when the resto was still on the crack street, I see a complete blow. The lunch menu was probably the main period in the back of the head: A few tastes, small inspiration, little on the board, penance. On the second glass of wine needed to be asked. The dessert that the appart has been charged, it was inspirative, three pieces of cheese, a bunch of nuts and a 1/2 inexcusable fig, my second table mat had ice cream. a gratuitous dish with two kicks of ice, which point to such recovery, you expect better. If I invite clients myself, so I have to take care of myself, I don't think I'm coming back. Expensive for what's on the board. Well, quality is good, but no inspiration.
