My wife and her family visited here twice in the same week, once for my brother-in-law's birthday, and once again for quiet drinks on the patio. We enjoyed our time there and speaking with Renate, the owner. View all feedback.
In and out. Grumpy old hostess, not willing to adapt in times of Corona... Very surprised to be welcomed in such an impolite, rude way. As we didn’t have cash on hand, we kindly asked whether it was possible to pay by card. We obviously...didn’t expect a no to that, but it is better to handle these questions before starting dinner. It turned out they only accepted cash, which was made clear to us while walking away, where she was bringing us to our table initially. We had to chase her to understand what to do? Where to get cash? By foot or by car? As there was no “I’m sorry, we don’t have this service but you can get cash from the atm there” or something like that, I made a comment that accepting digital payments might be wise in times where people rethink their business due to Corona. When we closed the door, still planning on getting cash and be back, I heard her repeat my comment to make fun about the Corona comment to her other customers. Hence, we never came back.
Have eaten here quite a few times. Food and service always excellent. Well-priced nice wines too, andacompli entary schnapps after the meal.

As usual we go or times to Tiroler Stub'n during our Langlauf holiday. Honest food. Friendly owner who recognizes you even after a year. Customer friendly.
