obviously a moment of exceptional, but above all of the disbursement and calm. a very nice park with a panoramic view of the bay of the Mont Saint michel that is then found in the room. refined and subtlely spicy dishes are brought and explained by a very kind and discreet room staff. a beautiful dessert farandole closed the meal. We booked a lunch with the excellent memory of previous menus, when the restaurant was starring. we have tasted the menu away from the streams. We saw with surprise getting the life water in shredded cups, mine having also the broken tail? This did not prevent the employee from serving us. First surprise for a starry establishment. Past the times of breathtaking tomateness, the magnificent lobster, the car with the desserts. now govern chichi and the confirmation that something is good or special. cook is sold by fashion, seasonal. a loss, was once a big address.

Sublime meal in a beautiful setting with sea view and in the distance Mont st michel. we enjoyed the different refined dishes of the menu away from the streams. a festival of flavours more or less noted by many different spices and herbs. sommeliers, in other places very nice, have selected us excellent wines for each dish, some original but always just. the server team was perfect to explain the different dishes and also very attentive and with great simplicity. the beautiful weather allowed us to take the coffee in the garden, facing the sea, and then we were able to discover the garden of the chef. bravo to hugo roellinger and all his team for this magical moment!
An exceptional moment in a magnificent setting! a festival of flavours on the plates. the service is perfect with special attention for sommeliers that make you discover excellent wines. nothing ostentatious but sublime.
