I had my grandchildren with me and we were in need of coffee and drinks for the children, both under 5 years old. This restaurant was conveniently located and met our needs perfectly. I enjoyed a latte, which was just what I needed, while the children had a fruit drink and a chocolate crispy cake shaped like a donut, which made them very happy. I passed by the restaurant Costa today and it was packed with people. Due to the lockdown in Donegal starting today, they are not allowed to have any indoor dining. It is strange that this establishment did not have the common sense to comply with the law. View all feedback.
They milked my americano for me here. No jugs to do it yourself. Felt very, very strange. Didn’t ask me to say ‘when’, just straight in with the milk.
Due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, Costa Coffee in Retail is only offering takeout service. I placed my order with a friendly staff member who quickly prepared a delicious americano and a small brownie. There are outdoor tables available, but no chairs, likely to discourage gatherings and ensure safety for both employees and customers. Despite this precaution, people still tend to congregate, making it challenging for everyone involved. Some other cafes in the city remain closed, so customers are limited in their options for getting a quality coffee, even if it means braving the cold. We all look forward to the day when we can once again enjoy the cozy atmosphere inside, with comfortable chairs, good company, and great conversation. I empathize with the staff and other customers, as this situation is not easy for anyone, and some individuals may not be handling it well. Overall, Costa Coffee is doing its best in the chaos of these times.
I have always enjoyed visiting this Costa, but I was disappointed to see that the staff behind the counter were not wearing masks while preparing food and coffee. This made me feel uncomfortable and might deter me from coming back in the future.
I have visited this restaurant several times and have consistently experienced exceptional service. The coffee is also top-notch in terms of quality.
This restaurant is the ideal place to unwind after a day of shopping. The staff is warm and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
