Rosleague Connemara - Letterfrack

By far, the best of the many supposedly top notch restaurants we have in connemara my man and I are absolutely impressed by roslague manor hotel. we are currently out of clifden self-catering, but have so far made two trips to rosleague for dinner and will eat again tomorrow night. from the moment when we turned off the main road and drove into the entrance lane for the hotel, I only knew it would be a nice experience. as soon as they leave the main road, the approach to the hotel is absolutely magical: large trees form a cozy, dark soon, highlighted with clever whitewashed stones as a marker that makes the drive. the heart house itself is also a beautiful building with inviting, well maintained plots. the dinners were absolutely the highest culinary and service standard: the French cook and the French waiter are so far and above what we encounter in the other supposedly high-quality hotels/restaurants in the environment. there was simply no facility that came anywhere near rosleague. these evening rosleague were absolute joys for us. we praise the management, the chef and the staff in rosleague as at a time of persistent pandemic and supply chain delays, they deliver top career service and exceptional food. I really wish we had eaten every single dinner in rosleague during our two-week holiday, as all the meals we did not eat in rosleague were disappointing at different and open alarming levels. many thanks to that they don't-hotel guests to eat in their absolutely beautiful restaurant. ps I am vegetarian (my man is not) and I would like to thank the Rosleague cook as he created the most thoughtful, qualitatiw high quality vegetarian pornstars for me. also here absolutely no comparison with other supposedly high-quality hotels/restaurants in the opposite. (the last night a different heart hotel had served me a pathetic brunette spaghetti with tomato sauce. I was horrified, both because of the lack of creativity/career and the enormous cost. I felt like I was punished because I was vegetarian.

A family house in the west irlands. relaxing atmosphere with excellent eating, friendly staff and dog friendly! what more could you want?
