Water Tower Grill Bar - Lethbridge

We had reserved our anniversary dinner here. The service was great and the Caesar drinks were great and our meals tasted delicious. Thank you for the great experience Water Tower Grill Bar!

Let's be honest, people come here for the views (so there is a menu premium), then the food. The food is quite great for a small town and the selection is just as big. They called it a garden salad, but it was a rocket (Arugula) salad and it surpassed my expectations as the raspberry vinaigrette worked very well with it. I have been here three times in recent years (from the city). First was pre-pandemic, second time, they did not follow the AHS covid distancing restrictions the second time. I had to be a car to move the table next to us, who just came in and the shoulder in the shoulder removal. For the third time (Aug 2022), the bartender snooped into his hand and washed his hands immediately. We are not finished with pandemic, and at that time washing hands should have been the minimum. After that, he didn't touch my dishes. The place is quite stuffy, so fresh air openings should be added, especially after the pandemic. Change a few windows, or open the door and let nature do as it is high up and there is more wind.

We have dumplings and salmon. Well done, great price for quality. Service was always there, but not annoying. Great people will go back. No pictures of the views you have to experience.

My partner, his daughter and I went to the Water Tower for my birthday dinner. We had a good meal and a nice view of the city. It was a lot better then we were expecting and we will definitely be coming here again!

Stopped in for dinner for a special occasion. The restaurant was clean with an awesome view. The service was top notch and the food was amazing. We tried calamari to start and for my dinner I selected the lasagna. Everything on the menu sounded good.
