The quality was great for the price. Nothing to complain about. Service was fast efficient and the coffee was awesome as well. Not crowded and please tell atmosphere. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Smitty's Pancake House:
The food was less than good. I honestly could have made a breakfest the same or better then the cooks could have at home. The service was amazing though. I had a male waiter with red hair (told me his name but i forgot). He was very cheery and helpful, unlike other servers to the tables across from me unfortunately. Waitress was inattentive she was so busy talking to her fellow waitresses. Food was cold and poorly presented
Not a fan...but my grandson wanted to go there...I had the hamburger steak with onions and there was absolutely no taste to it...the vegetables were ample but also no taste. Would not suggest this restaurant if you like tasting what you are eating.
Ordered a waffle for take-out...bill was SIXTEEN BUCKS!!!! Manager said "yup, we are expensive"....you got that right!
Came in with a group of 17 and they were extremely welcoming and accommodating! They set us up in a private area of the restaurant, service was amazing and the food was great! Definitely recommend this place for breakfast, especially for a large group!
Don't eat at this rest. very often,talking about the smitty's at 2053 Mayor Magrath Drive S., went there for lunch a couple of months ago and the food was terrible. We were quite surprised because used to be really good. Then went there again on October 10 for breakfast hoping it would be better than lunch because they are pancake house, breakfast is what they do. Very disapointed when I ordered a belguim waffle only to be given a frozen one. Really, frozen? And since when is it acceptable for female servers to wear spandex leggings and short tops showing midriffs. That should never be acceptable. Went to pay for my frozen breakfast using their interact machine, and it was filthy. Didn't even want to touch it. Made a comment to the owner and he pretty much replied that there was a lot a things to do around that rest. that they didn't have time for. Really? Does that mean u don't clean ur kitchen, your walk-ins, your equipment. How about your cook is he clean, do your servers wash their hands? And he had the attitude that he didn't really care. I will never, never eat there again.
