Miro Bistro, located in downtown Lethbridge, Alberta, was established by Czechoslovakian native Miro Kyjac in 2003. The restaurant offers European-influenced cuisine in a casual and relaxed setting, with both regular and private dining options available. The menu at Miro Bistro is intentionally concise to ensure excellence in each dish. Start your meal with options like roasted beets with orange segments and arugula or eggplant goat cheese lasagna, followed by an entrée or pasta. My wife and I went to this restaurant for dinner. Every dish was excellent. I ordered the filet mignon and it was so tender, I could cut it with my fork! The service was fantastic, fast and efficient without being overwhelming. This was our second visit and everything was just as great as the first time, which shows a lot of consistency. The prices are comparable to The Keg, if not a bit better. The wine list is the best in the city. This will definitely be our go-to spot from now on.
This restaurant is a perfect spot for a romantic dinner. The dishes are always created with fresh ingredients, bursting with flavor, and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is classic and historical, reminiscent of a bygone era. The service is polite, informative, and never rushed.
Meal was quite tasty. The lamb was cooked perfectly which is very easy to get wrong. Definitely not huge portion sizes but you shouldn't expect that at this kind of restaurant. Easily the best fine dining experience in town.
The food at this restaurant is expertly prepared! I highly recommend the grilled shrimp salad and filet mignon. They have a large wine selection and a variety of local craft beers. The ambiance is classy yet comfortable, and the decor is tastefully done with objects and art that perfectly complement the atmosphere they have created.
My boyfriend took me here for our date night, neither of us had ever been, and we were both very pleased. Great atmosphere, awesome service, and amazing food. My boyfriend had the lamb and I had the farfale and both were so good. We will absolutely be back.
