Went in with my mom for breakfast and we were both impressed! Very friendly staff and the eggs benedict I had was fantastic! Prices are very reasonable. The menu is very diverse and they have many specials throughout the day. Highly recommend going here. View all feedback.

Unfortunately, the food at this restaurant tastes like something I could make at home. I was hoping for more when I came here.
Unfortunately, the food was lacking and reminded me of a homemade meal. I was expecting more when dining out.

I don't know what place some of the other reviewers went to but it certainly wasn't the Korner I found at this corner! First of all the place isn't just tired, it's borderline dilapidated and not overly clean to boot. The chicken fried steak was a total embarrassment, two tiny scoops of mashed, some frozen peas, and maybe 2 oz of some kind of flat mystery meat in a thin breading that was a bit burnt on one side and completely burnt on the other. Learn to use a flattop, folks! The cream pie had a very light and decent meringue but the custard was tasteless and almost savory in its unsweetness. Also note that this is not a cheap place at all, as $11 for that chicken fried whatever was about $8 more than it was worth. The service is friendly and it has to be considering that the wait for the day's special was almost 45 minutes with only about 4 other tables occupied. I guess it takes time to burn stuff on the flattop.Complete amateur show that's not worth the money or the time.
The name has changed but the food is still great. It is hard to find a place in Lethbridge that has good old fashioned home cooking. This place even has the diner style counter where you can spin your stool around. My wife says they have the best pancakes in Lethbridge and she is a pancake connoisseur. As part of the all day breakfast, the bacon was the meatiest I have ever seen at a restaurant. I had the monte cristo lunch special and it was well proportioned between batter, meat and cheese. The beef barley soup was better than mom's. If you want a good home cooked meal at a decent price, come here.
