Mary Brown's Chicken - Lethbridge

The staff was very friendly and appeared well-groomed. The food was just average; nothing really stood out. I probably won't be returning.

The person who took our orders was quite rude. We received our food just 10 minutes before closing time, and she hurried us out. Then we called to speak with the owner or manager, who was equally impolite. I spent $33 for two meals, and they literally kicked us out. While I understand they need to clean up, they should indicate that their dining room closes earlier. I find it hard to believe a business wouldn't want to satisfy its customers. The owner even got upset because his employee gave us his phone number. I had a hard time understanding him, but I found it odd that an adult business owner would let his young cashiers handle customer complaints while he avoids dealing with them entirely. It was all rather bizarre, especially since he argued with me over the phone, insisting we should be grateful for the meal he provided. Most businesses express gratitude to their customers, but this one seemed to think we should be thankful just to be served. It's quite amusing! What an experience!

Absolutely delicious! The spicy Mary’s chicken sandwich is unbeatable in this city. I’ll definitely be returning again and again.

The spicy chicken sandwich is much too spicy, even as someone who enjoys really spicy, I found it unnecessary spicy. the carrots were ok and the normal chicken sandwich was decent. here is nothing special. the service was pretty good. I wouldn't go to dinner here again, but if I was in the opposite and felt like a chicken sandwich, I would eat there again, but it's nothing special.

Arrived at 9:25 when it closed at 10. Was told i couldn't eat inside. Might not be a problem except that I was on a motorcycle. So sat on the curb in front and ate while I watched others go inside and order food from an open restaurant... Very disappointing
