Marble Slab Creamery - Lethbridge

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service, particularly from the bald middle-aged man. He seemed quite annoyed to have customers at all. Even though we were the only ones in the restaurant, he did not show us any kindness.

I had such a great experience! I had kenzie my ice and she made my first visit to this marble plate incredible. she helped me decide what to get and recommend some delicious toppings as well as cone! I will definitely come back to this place! such cute girls work there and excellent customer service! Just beautiful.

I wanted to grab an ice cone tonight, and when I walked in, the two girls working there glanced up. They exchanged a look while we were waiting, but didn’t say hello or acknowledge us. After that, I started enjoying my ice, hoping for something delightful, but it tasted off and unpleasant.

Will not be going back any time soon. Just went with my husband for a little date night the girl making his ice cream was chewing gum and popping bubbles with it. I found 5 hairs in my ice cream because nether of the girls working had hair nets on. Not impressed and will be contacting a manager or owner tomorrow

LOVE THE FLAVORS!! More expensive then other places but tastes so much better!! Don't think I have gone any place else in years for ice cream! Even when it is cold I enjoy a cone!
