Once again disappointing!!! Was suppose to get gravy or a salad and a cookie didn’t get either and pop corn chicken was all over the bag!
It can take several hours to receive your food, and the service leaves much to be desired.
The new seasoned fries have made me decide not to return. I never asked for a change in fries, but now it feels like there’s no alternative. Because of this, I've decided not to come back.
Ordered takeout from the Park Place Mall location. My boyfriend brought the food home, but our order was incomplete. He had to go back and argue to receive the items we paid for but didn’t get. Before he went back, I called twice and finally left a voicemail, but they said they never received it. Quite frustrating.
The prices are fantastic, especially when there’s a deal. The staff treat me very well. However, they should consider improving the quality of their fries.
