A recent visit to a local KFC revealed mixed experiences that have left customers divided. While some patrons encountered unfriendly service—with one mother feeling humiliated after being reprimanded for bringing outside food—others praised the hospitality of particularly warm staff members, highlighting a friendly employee with pink hair who brightened their night. Concerning food quality, complaints ranged from unappetizing, greasy meals to dissatisfaction with product portions. Customer experiences varied greatly, reflecting both poor management and moments of genuine kindness within the same establishment. It seems this restaurant has some work to do to ensure a consistently positive dining experience.

The food at this restaurant was very greasy and appeared to have been cooked multiple times. It was inedible and the staff refused to exchange it. This will be my last visit there. I wish A&W still sold chubby.
We sat in the kfc for over a hour being told our chicken would be ready in 5 minutes every 15 minutes we asked. 5 different people got their food before we did and we were here before them. we ended up having to leave and eat in our car because we were told it would take 20 minutes and we could eat in here but it was closed by the time we got our food.
I ordered a variety bucket and requested white meat, but out of the 8 pieces, 6 were dark meat. It felt intentional. I will not be returning.
KFC used to be a very inexpensive place to grab a quick meal, not anymore, 40.00 for a bucket of chicken that is supposed to feed 4 people that fed 3 is not cheap, and their quality has gone out the door, no longer a working man's
Very poor customer service at the Lethbridge Mayor Magrath location. We were shorted several chicken after waiting a long time when told it would be a 14 minute wait. They tried to pass off 4 hot wing sized chicken as regular sized I called and the manager offered to replace them the next day since we don 't live in Lethbridge. When I went back the next day to pick up the missing chicken, I was barely listened to, then blatantly ignored. I contacted the head office and got a call a few days later. I was promised that the manager would contact me, still haven 't heard back.
