First time at north legacy area KFC. The only complaint I have is that the poutine was barely warm and the zinger sandwich was tough and overcooked. Everything else coleslaw and anything pre-made was delicious. Maybe check the chicken timer .

There new chicken strips are wicked. But the chicken is not what it used to be. They shouldn't of changed the gravy as well

The chicken at KFC lacked any flavor, and the gravy was watery and bland—calling it flavorless is an understatement. This was the worst meal I've ever had from their menu.

The food was decent, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was great.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the unprofessional customer service. I visited with some friends because I heard they offered free popcorn chicken if you completed a survey after your meal. One of my friends politely inquired about it, but instead of a helpful response, the staff ignored him and shot us mean looks. To make matters worse, they started speaking in my native language, making disrespectful comments about us, such as suggesting that our parents must not feed us for asking about free food. Their remarks were not only unnecessary but also hurtful, especially since we were simply looking for a straightforward answer. I believe that, as employees in a service industry, they should maintain professionalism and treat customers with respect. Overall, it was a frustrating situation, and I wouldn't be surprised if this kind of behavior happens often at this establishment.
