Wanted to confirm if they were ope... read more Lacking customer service abilities and skills. Gentleman who answered the phone was not interested in helping a new customer. Wanted to confirm if they were open (it was a holiday). Gentleman was snarky and said “as per Google”. Asked if they offered gluten free options (allergy) and the gentleman said “we have a couple”. Hardly the consideration or reassurance required for family with allergies. Customer service could be improved upon, very easily, and turned into more sales.

Unfortunately getting hot drinks served in a glass with no handle isn't great...Get some mugs with handles! Also no prices were listed on the board, which is off-putting when you're on a budget, which frankly, who isn't these days? Baked goods are pretty tasty.

However, when we stopped in for an Italian sandwich, we had to replace the meats due to shortages. At the end, we were told that they had no cheese. The focaccia bread was delicious, but we ended up paying $20 for the sandwich after having to get our own cheese. All we received was an apology.

It's perfect for working on my laptop, meeting friends, or grabbing a coffee and snack. They have a selection of non-dairy milk options and clearly labeled vegan food items on the menu. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help with any questions. Unlike other cafes in the city, this one is rarely closed (except for holidays) and stays open late. I've noticed it can get quite busy between 11AM-2PM.
