They took the time to explain how my meal would be prepared and checked on my table multiple times to ensure everything was to my liking. As someone with celiac disease and sensitive to cross-contamination, I felt very confident dining here.

I must say, it is a fantastic... read more I have stayed at this hotel several times but only recently tried the restaurant while I was in town and not staying at the hotel. I must say, it is a fantastic spot for Italian cuisine. To start with, the service was excellent; my server provided great recommendations. The food was served at the perfect time, was delicious, and beautifully presented. The layering of aromas and textures was superb. For my appetizer, I had the Lobster and Crab Raviolo Bites, and for my main course, I enjoyed the Chicken Marsala. I highly recommend this place!

The past few years my family celebrate with a table full of charcuterie that we all contribute to building. Italian Table helped me celebrate our family Thanksgiving tradition eventhough my family is home, 3 provinces away. Thank you! The staff was all wonderful and the decor was as excellent as the food. The attention to detail in the little touches such as the in-house herb gardens come across in full force with the flavour ofthe meal. I like that the booth design is actually very comfy couches so you can scoot closer to the table or add space ifyou're a larger person like me who loves great food. The restaurant can be entered via the doors to the left of the hotel lobbyas well as through the hotel lobby. So you don't need to feel silly if you choose the wrong entrance. Now the antipasto... myportion was meant for 2 and so I have the other half refrigerated here for an awesome late night snack. Notice the olivebowl...they're warmed! I'm now questioning if I've been eating olives incorrectly my entire life since this was a game-changer! You've got to try it, Lethbridge! The pink, pickled veggies in the middle are sweet-pickled onions and fennel. Normallyfennel is overpowering for me, but the pickling made it mild and sweet to contrast some of the stronger cheeses, meats, andpesto. The white cheeses might have been made in-house. If not they were definitely dressed and mixed in-house with freshingredients. Contrast them with the spicy, coarse grained deli mustard to treat yourself to a true experience. I made sure tosave room for their house Tiramisu. The perfect ending to a delightful, filling meal. The blend of bitter cocoa, strongespresso, and sweet velvety mascarpone cream cheese... Wow! With a family atmosphere and their staff service makes you feel welcome and if this is your first time coming down here your server probably will explain you about their specials and brunch menu. I had Chicken Marsala and Iprobably wouldn’t have again but their Penne and Rose Sauce was excellent. Tried their Panzanella salad and was amazing I’llrate this dinner 3 stars Previous time I been here for brunch and I can say was a great one I’ll rate this 4 stars anddefinitely I’ll come back for their brunch
