We knew we'd arrive in Lethbridge after the noon hour rush and I searched Trip Advisor for a non fast food/chain place for a late lunch. Georgio's fit the bill perfectly. The neighbourhood is rather industrial but parking was plentiful, restaurant decor very tasteful, server very friendly and helpful. Even though it was after 3PM, we could still order from the lunch menu. Food was delicious and very filling. I had my... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Georgio's Contempory Dining:
This is a late review. I went here with my friend last December. We checked the old looking menu. Prices are a bit high. When we are about to sit, me and friend noticed that the chairs are stained, as if it wasn't washed or cleaned for a long time. The place looked dim both inside and outside. We actually thought that it was closed. The place is not that spacious as well. We just decided to leave. But this is a Decem... View all feedback.
This is the best sushi we have had in a long time! We recently moved to the area and have discovered our new favorite sushi spot. We can't wait to come back for more and will definitely be returning.
This is our favorite sushi spot on the North Shore. The staff, including the sushi chefs, are incredibly friendly.
What most North Americans are now aware of is that what we know as classic Italian food is anything but. Yes, it is inspired by the cooking of the former Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, but what is not generally known is that the original cuisine of this region is based on extremely limited ingredients as the region was mired in poverty since the Roman era. It was only when the immigrants from this region moved to the richer countries of North America, Northern Europe, and Australia/NZ that the "Italian Food" paradigm was created. It married the original recipes with the additional available ingredients such as meats and cream which were effectively unavailable to the proletariat back in the old country. The region was ruled by subsequent Spanish and French royalty who kept all the good stuff for themselves and their cronies while the locals were left to eat what little was left over. That's why I have to review G's Eggplant Parmigiana with an eye towards the history of the dish. This offering is superlative, with big thick meaty chunks of expertly fried eggplant covered in tasty, stringy mozzarella. The "unauthentic" aspect of it is that it is sitting above a platter of penne and spinach floating in a cream sauce. My entire mother's family originates from this region and not a single one of them has ever tasted cream in their entire lives! All of these old timers would puke just thinking about it.However, as I was raised on this continent, I love cream and the sauce is nothing short of delectable. The penne should have been boiled in water far less as they do get way overdone sitting in the cream, but regardless, it's a fabulous dish in a wonderful setting (linens on tables, thank Gawd) with superlative service. If you are seeking a bargain meal don't miss their Sun. Mon. Tue. Pasta Nights where you can revel in exceptional pasta dishes for just $6.95! It's by far the best deal in Lethbridge!

The neighbourhood is rather industrial but parking was plentiful, restaurant decor very tasteful, server very friendly and helpful. Even though it was after 3PM, we could still order from the lunch menu. Food was delicious and very filling. I had my leftovers for lunch today! The only complaint was with the salad. A nice mix of greens, tomato and cucumber but it was rather bland and only after eating it did we discover the tiny spoonful of raspberry vinaigrette hiding underneath. Easy access from and back on to the highway. Worth a repeat visit.
We went for lunch here and I had the seafood lasagna it was superb with lots of crab and shrimp. We live in the states so it will be hard to get back here soon but when I do I'm coming here.
