I absolutely enjoy the option of a lettuce wrap burger. The portion sizes are ample, and the quality is consistently excellent.

The atmosphere at the new location felt a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, Five Guys hasn’t updated their address, but they’re located next to CORA and Edo for anyone looking. Unfortunately, the burgers were extremely dry. Five Guys typically has a policy against pressing their burgers to keep them juicy, but these were definitely pressed and ended up falling apart due to dryness. To make matters worse, they ran out of lettuce (how does that even happen?) and only applied a tiny dollop of sauce to the dry burgers. I won’t be returning; it was definitely a waste of money.

The service was outstanding, and the food was fantastic. While the prices are generally fair, it does seem a bit excessive to charge over $3 for a regular soft drink, especially considering there are no meal deals offered.

The atmosphere at the new location felt quite awkward. Additionally, Five Guys hasn't updated their address, which could confuse some customers; they're located next to CORA and Edo for those interested. Unfortunately, the burgers were extremely dry. Five Guys typically has a policy against pressing their burgers to keep them juicy, but these were pressed and ended up falling apart due to the dryness. They also ran out of lettuce, which is hard to believe, and only added a tiny quarter-sized dollop of sauce on the already dry burgers. I won't be returning—definitely a waste of money.

This restaurant is consistently delicious. The staff pay attention to food allergies, as noted on the order slip. While they don't offer buns, the lettuce wraps are always fresh and crispy. I recently tried the burger bowl for the first time, which is essentially a container holding all the toppings you would normally layer on a bun. It's convenient if you bring your own bun, but I would recommend sticking with the lettuce wrap. I've even ordered it with all the toppings, making it quite messy but totally worth it.
