The local burger joint has garnered mixed feelings from patrons, with opinions varying on everything from food quality to pricing. While many diners appreciate the tasty burgers and the generous portions of fresh-cut fries, the recent shift in location and staff has led to some disappointing experiences. Complaints have emerged about smaller burger sizes, overly salted fries, and rising drink prices. Despite these grievances, the clean environment and friendly service continue to attract customers. Overall, while some remain loyal due to reasonable prices and a satisfying meal, others are hesitant to return, citing declining quality as a concern.

Tasty burgers that are bigger than you think. Pricing was higher than other fast food but the burgers was worth it.

Ordered a regular fries, baby cheese burger and a drink. The burger was extremely good (but a little smaller? not greasy, nice big pieces of lettuce and tomato. But I was surprised and disappointed with the fries. I distinctly remember getting more in a baby servings than I did this regular serving and the amount of salt was inedible. A regular fountain drink for $3 seemed a bit excessive. Restaurant was clean, bathrooms we're clean and stocked and the staff was Pleasant. Noticed the price of Milkshakes are nearly $6, I realize they have overhead but these aren't Gourmet in quality or that significant in size. 2 baby cheeseburgers, one regular fry and a regular fountain drink came to $28... Doesn't really seem right. I could have got two full combos at Wendy's for $20 with very minimal difference of burger quality. Don't think I'll be back for a while.

The atmosphere of the new location felt awkward .. five guys also hasn't updated their new address. They're beside CORA and Edo for anyone wondering. The burgers were also dry as hell. Five guys actually have a rule of not pressing their burgers that way they stay juicy, but these burgers were pressed and gross, crumbling apart from the dryness.. They didn't have lettuce (apparently they ran out? How??? and they put literally a quarter sized dollop of sauce on the DRY burgers. Won't be going back. Waste of money for sure.

The atmosphere at the new location felt a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, Five Guys hasn’t updated their address, but they’re located next to CORA and Edo for anyone looking. Unfortunately, the burgers were extremely dry. Five Guys typically has a policy against pressing their burgers to keep them juicy, but these were definitely pressed and ended up falling apart due to dryness. To make matters worse, they ran out of lettuce (how does that even happen?) and only applied a tiny dollop of sauce to the dry burgers. I won’t be returning; it was definitely a waste of money.

The atmosphere at the new location felt quite awkward. Additionally, Five Guys hasn't updated their address, which could confuse some customers; they're located next to CORA and Edo for those interested. Unfortunately, the burgers were extremely dry. Five Guys typically has a policy against pressing their burgers to keep them juicy, but these were pressed and ended up falling apart due to the dryness. They also ran out of lettuce, which is hard to believe, and only added a tiny quarter-sized dollop of sauce on the already dry burgers. I won't be returning—definitely a waste of money.
