Have ordered in and taken out many times. Consistent service, quality, with average sized portions. For a "fast food" styled franchised restaurant, they still provide a very good, tasty meal. With no KOYA in town, they are he next best thing for Quasi-Oriental themed food. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Edo Japan:
This is a good place to go if you are in a hurry and want a stir fry style meal with noodles or rice. Order was taken promptly and cooked in front of you. Service was good and staff were friendly. We did a take out. Serving size is adequate but not large and amount of meat and veg is quite limited. Overall good for a quick meal. View all feedback.
Best Canadian junk food I've ever eaten never thought Canada had such an amazing cuisine ;) Props on you Canada for making outstanding fries with gravy! Yum!
They ran out of hot sauce. I do not like teriyaki sauce. Meal tasted like grease. Took one bite and returned it. They refused to give my money back. Terrible service and terrible food.
Edo Japan always a good bet...they never disappoint. It's always fast, friendly, tasty. I'm a fan of teriyaki ANYTHING! The udon soup is loaded with vegetables and is a good quick snack. The California rolls are a bit "fast foodish" but hey, it is what it is.
I love this place. Ate here for the first time in March 2015 and am now addicted. It isn't the most comfortable restaurant to sit in but it's nicer than Tim Horton's or some fast food restaurant. The workers (mostly Filipino) at this restaurant are always smiling and giving good customer service. Anything with rice works!
Good Japanese food on a budget. I wasnt able to finish my order. Quite big serving. Store is clean and so the washroom. Cashiers are welcoming, warm and nice. They are very patient in getting the order.
