The staff is usually friendly and accommodating, the store is kept a bit more organized and cleaner than the average, and all in all, it's a really good store. I am absolutely crazy about the restaurant's hot dog and fries the latter which seem to be a delectable mashed potato formed into fry shape and deliciously battered and fried... I can't get enough! Yum!

However, when my husband tried to... read more My husband and I always shop at COSTCO LETHBRIDGE and today we did not ask for help because we are familiar with the process. However, when my husband tried to scan an item, a woman with a scanning gun told him in a humiliating tone to move further away. She treated us as if we were contagious and this is not the first time it has happened - it is the third time. We reminded them not to treat customers this way, especially during the COVID pandemic. We hope that this woman is removed from her position or suspended.

Their seasonal items are always anticipated, and they provide helpful reminders for household and garden needs. Overall, Costco is an outstanding shopping destination. We have been members for many years and have always felt well cared for. Recently, we explored their online clothing selection, and it was a fantastic experience as well. If you're considering a membership, I highly recommend it—it’s definitely worth it. While there are other stores to shop at, we often find incredible savings at Costco, from electronics to a gallon of milk. Plus, their online furniture selection is impressive too!
