A&W Restaurant - Lethbridge

I try to visit when i am on the road. The food is always spot on. The take out bag has napkins ect. Stop by and discover it again!

I stopped here for lunch a couple of days ago and the girl on the intercom had a problem speaking English and understanding my order. After I got to the window and payed, the girl said it would be about 15 minutes and if I could park out front, she would bring it to me. I was sitting right in front of the window reading and I glanced at my watch and it had been about 20 minutes. I looked in the window a few minutes later and she was waving at me to go back around to the drive-thru. There were a couple of cars in front of me and when I got to the window, she passed my order to me and said "thank you" (the order wasn't hot by then)-----This is NOT A&W service. The management should be teaching these people the A&W service policy and maybe a crash course in English.

A&W mail out coupons which is great if your family is on a budget. The service is 100% and the food is 100%. They are quick and efficient. I highly recommend dropping by for a full or half breakfast. There is enough food to fully satisfy everybody.

As usual the similarities of all a and w locations are easy to see. Quality of food seems to depend on the time of day and who is awake to do your request correct .....Parking is the usual challenge of seek and find.Not a great layout

My wife and I stopped there for breakfast a couple of days ago. We were the 3rd car in line and it took us 20 minutes to get to the window after we ordered. (once you're that far up the line, you can't get out)--When we finally got to the window, the girl asked what our order was. THEY DIDN'T EVEN ENTER IT IN THE COMPUTER when we ordered. We waited another app.10 minutes for them to make it. Will NEVER go back there again.
