Contribute Feedback What Mandy Watson likes about Sainsbury's Caf:
I visited the store today and queued for about 30 mins to get in. All staff were polite, professional and had the system working like a well-oiled unit. I almost enjoyed the experience. The NHS is rightly being praised at the moment, but there are other unsung heroes. The big supermarkets must be raking it in and I hope they share the profits with their workforce. View all feedback.
What Gabrielle Elliott doesn't like about Sainsbury's Caf:
Was told I had to join the 45 minute queue just to pick up a click and collect at argos, yet the previous time in the store I saw staff letting customers through and accompanying them to/from argos to ensure they didn't shop in sainsbury's without queueing. I also overheard a manager/supervisor telling a store assistant that they could let argos customers in first, if only using argos. View all feedback.
Cafe staff are so rude and unhappy, really did not enjoy the atmosphere,not the first time either
They have cut things of the menu less choice and tables left dirty very poor service to busy taking amongst themselves
