Bad experience, waitress very rude and arrogant towards customers (only the waiter is saved), because if a customer is doing something wrong due to distraction, he should know that a customer is a customer and not his little sister to raise his voice in certain manner and tone, we kindly tried to make him understand his rudeness and leaves us talking to ourselves, reconfirming his rudeness. Then asking for the type of ragù available was normal given that all the surrounding restaurants offer you wild boar, venison, etc. instead his answer was of the arrogant and rude type which was obviously the classic Bolognese one. We will never go back again!!!
