Le Relais de la Forge - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Le Relais de la Forge:
Having visited the restaurant over many years even after Madame and Monsieur retired,the change was fine. Stopped last night to fined another owner what a change!!Very different menu not a bad thing, but reading it alarm bells started, we are always prepared to see, you can never tell until the food arrives. Having a small property in the area we have visited Le Relais on a number of occasions during the past ten years. It is fair to say that it has had a somewhat fluctuating reputation but new owners have raised standards to an exceptional level.
